It's about time for me to talk about my love and hate for Lelo. I started to use Lelo's sex toy around 10 years.
This Swedish company caught my attention due to its modern designs and high-quality finishes.
Throughout the years, I've tried more than 10 toys, from G-spot vibrators to clit toys to wand massagers.
Not all the toys I got are impressive, but some of the toys did leave me unforgettable orgasms.
So, which Lelo vibrators are the best? Which ones to avoid? In this review, I will honestly talk about all the toys I've used. Let's dive in.
What is Lelo (sex toy)?
Lelo is a Swedish sex toy company that designs and sells high-end vibrators, body massagers, and BDSM accessories.
The quality of Lelo's toys is top-notch, though they tend to be expensive.
It's possible to purchase Lelo's products in more than 50 countries and it's quite common to get free shipping.
Personally, I think many Lelo toys embrace one of the silkiest and most smooth silicone materials, which can be friendly to even sensitive skins.
Fun fact: It's possible to purchase from Lelo world's most expensive vibrators, which is made of 24k gold.
18 Most Worth-Talking Lelo Sex Toys & My Experience with Them
1. Lelo Soraya 2: Best G-spot Vibrators for Years!
I've tried more than 60 G-spot vibes, yet Soraya 2 remains to be one of my favorites.
The design of this toy is iconic and incredible. It has a silky smooth surface that ensures the most gentle touch to your sweet spots.
Many brands claim their silicones are silky smooth (such as the ones from Calexotics and Je Joue), but that's NOT the case! Lelo Soraya 2 does keep the promise.
What I like the most is the handle loop, it makes sure a steady insertion and convenient "push & pull" movements when in use.
I feel comfortable turning it into different angles even when it's inserted.
This toy embraces 2 powerful motors, one for the clit arm & another for the G-spot shaft.
You can choose from 12 different vibrations modes and each of them is carefully designed.
The build-up is amazing. Besides, it's possible to control the clit and G-spot together or separately.
The G-spot vibration is absolutely rumbly and powerful - the best type of vibration you can find in the market.
Meanwhile, the rabbit arm is quite strong as well and it's rather flexible to bend.
However, I am not able to stimulate clit and G-spot at the same time because the rabbit arm is a bit too short for my body anatomy.
Other than that, I have nothing to complain about this wonderful toy!
2. Lelo Sona 2 Cruise: Most Popular Clit sucker
Sona 2 or Sona 2 Cruise are clit stimulators that embrace sonic tech features instead of vibration for deep pleasure (Sonic is a kind of contactless wave).
They both weigh around 116g (4.1 ounces) and measure 3.9*3.4*2.2 inches (99 * 87 * 56 mm).
The size and weight are decent enough to have a comfortable hold when in use.
They are 12 modes to choose from (8 modes for Sona 2) and you can easily switch among the modes with the 3-button interface.
The main difference between Sona and Sona cruise is that the cruise control can sense and transmit the waves when pressed hard against the clit.
It took me a while to appreciate Sona 2 Cruise. The suction sensation from this toy is quite different from other brands.
It can be aggressive even in the lowest setting.
However, once you pass the learning curve and find the right angle, this toy can be mind-blowingly good. The intensity can push you to a new level of orgasm.
I sometimes compare this clit suction toy to BDSM toys - it can be a bit uncomfortable at the beginning, but once you start to love the sensation, the reward is incredible.
Note: If you're interested, get the Sona 2 or Sona 2 Cruise! But not the 1st generation Sona or Sona Cruise. The 1st generation toys are a disaster. You can read my detailed review to find out why.
3. Lelo Enigma: An Alien-Looking Dual Massager that Actually Works!
Enigma is one of Lelo's newest launches. It has a unique shape, aiming to achieve dual stimulation for G-spot and clit.
There are two ways to describe its design - interesting or intimidating. It doesn't look like any other toys in the market.
The body part is a clit suction toy (similar to Sona 2) and it can wrap the clit with contactless sonic wave.
The G-spot arm can be compared to a slim version of Soraya 2. It delivers strong vibrations and you can explore 8 different modes to find out what suits you the most.
What I like the most is its curved neck - it's not just flexible, it's VERY flexible!
Thanks to that, it's possible to have optimal penetration on the G-Spot while pleasuring the clitoris.
4. Lelo Ora 3: Run Away from This Toy!
Ora 3 is a licking toy that is supposed to mimic the actions of a human mouth and tongue-like feeling!
The idea is interesting. Who doesn't want a lick on the clit? But the realization is just terrible.
I do admit it's a gorgeous toy, but the sensation it delivers is nothing like a real lick (probably I am just too indulged by my partner).
The rotation is quite good for the first few minutes, then it's just not enough to make me came.
I feel like it's on the edge of being a very good toy, but it's just not there yet.
Besides, it's just so f* loud. The mechanical noise is so bad that I get headaches while using the toy.
I can say Ora 3 is my least favorite toy from Lelo and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
5. Lelo Sila: A Very Unique Clit Sucker
Sila is the newest clit sucker Lelo launched. I am a big fan of suction toys, yet I am picky about this type of toy as I have tried over 20 different ones, from different brands.
I am quite impressed by the toy the moment I received it. It's very pretty, very well-made and the surface is super soft and pleasant to touch.
The large opening makes a better seal and it won't bruise you like some of the models with the smaller holes.
The toy is quite light (105g / 0.23lb), yet it's rather powerful. Along with the 8 sonic wave intensity levels, it's not hard to find your favorite sensation.
I truly enjoy the highest setting, the suction feeling is divine (even better than the Sona 2, in my opinion).
The wave wraps my clit in 360 degrees, stimulating all the angles with the exact amount of wave I like. Sometimes, I feel this toy is designed for me.
What makes Sila unique is its big opening and the wide-month edge. The suction mouth is bigger than any other ones I've used.
In the beginning, I thought it will reduce the sensation, but the reality is the opposite.
Thanks to the size and the wide edge, the head provides a full and complete wrap, hence creates a seamless space for the clit stimulation.
6. Lelo Mona 2: Simple and effective
I personally really like its length, width, and slim neck. The size makes it NOT intimidating even for people who are new to G-spot toys, yet its movement is strong enough to make you scream in joy.
There are 6 vibration modes. The range is quite wide so that it fits all kinds of needs.
What I love the most about Mona 2 is its curved shape. The curve makes it a lot easier to hit the G-spot.
I feel every G-spot vibrator should have a nice curve like this, after all, straight G-spot toys or dildos can never manage to hit the right spot!
If you've had the 1st generation Mona and were disappointed, I think it's still worth trying the Mona 2 because this upgraded version is twice more powerful than the original one.
The motor is incredibly strong, delivering unforgettably intense vibration. Along with its beautiful curve, I don't see why this toy won't go viral!
7. Lelo Gigi 2: Surprisingly Good and Super Lightweight
I got Gigi 2 when it was on discount and didn't expect much from this toy. Gee, I was wrong! After the 1st use, I was already in love with this toy.
Despite being advertised as a G-spot toy, I think Gigi 2 is way too small and too slim to hit the G-spot. I used it as a clit vibrator and a G-spot teaser instead.
It is a very compact toy, which has an insertable length of 3.7 inches (9.4cm) and only weighs 3 ounces (85g).
What I like the most is its long battery life. I usually can indulge myself at least 10 times after a full charge.
I did travel a lot with Gigi 2 since it's so light and so portable. And thanks to the battery life, I don't even need to pack the charger if I am going for a short business trip.
I admit that the vibration is not as strong as the Soraya 2, but it's definitely enough to make you come if you use it to keep stimulating your clit.
Besides, it's a very quiet toy. I don't see any problem using it even with a thin wall.
8. Lelo Soraya Wave: Love it or Hate it!
Soraya Wave is an interesting rabbit vibe. Instead of delivering vibration, the G-spot shaft moves in a back-and-forth motion (like the "come-hither" gesture).
The size of this toy is similar to Soraya 2. This toy embraces 2 motors, one for the clit arm (vibration), another for the G-spot shaft.
There are 8 modes to choose from and you can control G-spot and clit stimulators separately.
This toy has a gorgeous design and the quality is solid. However, I do have to point out that not all bodies can appreciate the come-hither movement.
If your G-spot happens to locate at a spot where the Soraya Wave, it's perfect. But every body is different.
It just doesn't work that well for some women, including myself.
The come-hither sensation is not bad, but it's just not accurate enough for my G-spot.
In my opinion, the best sensation for G-spot are either powerful vibration or strong hits (e.g. thrusting toys).
9. Lelo Smart Wand 2: Luxurious and Powerful!
If you are looking for a VERY powerful toy that can care for both your sexual needs and muscle pains, a Wand Massager can be the best option.
Smart Wand 2 meets all the requirements a decent wand should have - it's extremely powerful, cordless, long-lasting battery, and beautiful look.
The toy is big (304 x 80 x 60mm / 11.97 x 3.14 x 2.36 in) and a bit heavy (395g / 13.9oz), which is a common thing for a wand massager.
I definitely recommend this wand if you have enough budget. But if you are looking for a more affordable option, consider the 1st generation.
The difference between Smart Wand 2 and its predecessor is that it offers a longer-lasting battery life (2 hs vs 4 hours), a steadier handle, and few more massage patterns.
The differences really aren't that big. Therefore, if you can find a good discount for the 1st generation, it's more cost-effective.
10. Lelo Lily 2: Pinpointing Clit Stimulation
This is one of the 1st bullet vibrators I got from Lelo. It is made of body-safe ABS plastic instead of silicone.
However, the surface is very smooth and feels very much like silicone (I don't know how Lelo managed to do that, but it is awesome).
Lily is a small and light toy. It only measures 2.9 x 1.4 x 1 in (75 x 36 x 25 mm) and weighs 1.5oz / 42g.
Honestly, this is one of the lightest vibrators I’ve ever owned.
Despite its compact size, you shall not underestimate its power. This bullet is actually very rumbly and the pinpointing head delivers very intense stimulation for the clitoris.
In general, it's a solid toy, however, I do have two complaints about Lily 2.
Firstly, due to its intense vibration, my hand can get a bit numb when holding it. But of course, my clit really enjoys it.
Secondly, Lelo hasn't updated this toy for many years. Even though it's a good toy, I do feel Lelo should make an updated version, considering customers' feedback.
So, I think it's a worth-buying toy only when it's discounted. After all, it is an "old" toy.
11. Lelo Tor 2: A Beginner-Friendly Cock Ring
The Tor 2 is a cock ring meant for use during sex with a partner.
It can be worn at the root of the penis and stimulates both partners during sex.
The Tor 2 comes in only one size as it's made of very soft and stretchy silicone which accommodates most sizes.
It can be slipped off after use especially if lubricant is used, or the band can be stretched to make removal easier.
The powerful vibration really makes sure you get the job done and most women I know reacted positively to this toy when their partner wears it.
So, it's quite a perfect toy for couples or solo play.
12. Lelo Mia 2: Used to be Good...
Mia 2 is a lipstick vibrator. I got mine more than 5 years ago.
It was a decent toy - super light, easy to charge (plug the USB direct to the laptop), and quite powerful for its size.
My Mia 2 broke like 2 years ago. I was not sad as I've made good use of this toy.
I have been waiting for an update for Mia 2 since then, but it never happens.
I think sometimes Lelo gets lazy on updating its product - Mia 2 is a good example.
Nowadays, there are so many better lipstick vibrators in the market (e.g. We-vibe Tango 2).
So, unless you really want a lipstick toy from Lelo, I suggest shopping around for other more updated options.
13. Lelo F1s V2A: It's a Joke?
F1s is a male masturbator. So, my review comes from a male friend of mine.
The sensation from F1s is rather different from any other masturbators I have at hand.
It delivers sonic wave instead of stroking the penis. Besides, the sleeve is made of silky soft silicone instead of soft and squeezable silicone-like Fleshlight has.
Traditional sleeves (e.g. Fleshlight) aim to provide a tight sensation for the penis, mimicking a vagina.
The sleeve from F1s is not tight, it aims to provide 360-degree stimulation to the penis with a wave-like vibration.
So, if you prefer being tightly wrapped, F1s may not be the best toy for you.
But if thorough vibrations excite you, definitely give this toy a try because I haven't found any toys like this in the market.
For some men, the device is pretty amazing so you can definitely hold off while your F1s is still up and running.
Some of you might be confused about the differences between F1s and F1s V2A as they look the same (Lelo is bad at names, I have to say)
So, the F1s V2A is an upgraded version of the F1s with some minor changes to the overall design.
There are upgrades to the app and its functionality as well as adjustability.
The new version also features Lelo's patent Sensonic technology and Cruise Control which provides a different sensation to the first generation item.
That said, if you are interested in trying F1s but want to save a few bucks, I wouldn't say it's necessary to get the upgraded version unless you'd like to give the new technology a go.
So, my conclusion is that F1s is different and it can only work very effectively for some men. I leave you to decide whether you are these men.
14. Lelo Beads Plus: Time to Strengthen Your Pelvic!
Lelo Beads is a kegel toy. It's one of the simplest toys Lelo has. There's no vibration or any fancy functions - just 6 interchangeable balls/beads.
The beads are detachable and they all have different weights for different difficulties so that once you find the first beads too easy, you can move up a level.
The different colors of the beads are so that you can easily tell the difference between the weights.
Here are exact weight for the 6 beads:
- 2 x 28 gr / 0.06 lb
- 2 x 37 gr / 0.08 lb
- 2 x 60 gr / 0.13 lb
It is recommended to start with one pink bead, checking if it is easy to hold up and whether you feel you can contract and relax without any problems.
Then you can slowly add one more bead and interchange the weights until you find a combination that challenges you.
If you haven't tried kegel exercises before, I highly recommend reading up on some guides to get a grasp on how to do kegel exercises correctly, as this will in turn help with using the beads.
It's better not to rush the exercise as this is a muscle like any other and you should slowly work your way up to the heaviest bead.
If needed, you can also start working on your Kegels without the weights, and once comfortable enough, start adding them to your routine.
Usually, physiotherapists suggest that when you first begin using the LELO Beads that you start off inserting the beads for 5 - 10 minutes at a time.
You can adjust the time that they are inserted based on what feels comfortable to you. You can wear the beads sitting, laying down, or while standing/walking.
Some people may find that they have to lay down when they first start using the beads, and this is what I would recommend to you for now.
Do whatever feels the most comfortable for you and over time you will get stronger.
15. Lelo Tiani 3: Could be Better!
Tiani 3 is a couple vibrator. It has a c-shape - the idea is that the thinner arm goes in your vagina during penetrative sex while the thicker arm stays outside, stimulating the G-spot.
This type of toy isn't friendly for all body anatomies. I know many women love Tiani 3, however, it just doesn't work that well for me.
I found the clit head too bulky, which feels a bit disturbing for me and my partner.
However, I do have to admit that this toy is super flexible and adjustable.
Besides, the vibration is very amazing. The vibration can go so deep that it feels like there's an earthquake inside of my clit (in a positive way, of course).
What I like to do, is to use Tiani 3 as a hands-free solo toy.
The G-spot arm is quite slim, which is very easy and comfortable to insert.
Thanks to the flexible joint, I can simply fix it on my clit, letting it dance by itself.
I don't have to reach down to adjust the intensity because this toy comes with a remote controller.
The working range for the controller is around 12 meters, which means you can either do the control yourself or hand it to your partner.
So, I do think this is a very solid vibrator, despite that it doesn't fit my anatomy when using it as a couple toy.
Note: Lelo has another couple toy, called Noa. I sincerely DON'T recommend it.
In case you are interested in their differences, here are the major ones:
Noa has 6 settings and external vibrations only while Tiani 3 has eight settings, one tail, and one external motor as well, however, it differs in the shape of the external arm; its squared head offers a much broader stimulation of the clitoris which is best for those who find pinpoint stimulation too intense.
16. Lelo Ina 3: Not My Type!
Ina 3 is a simplistic rabbit vibrator. Just like many other Lelo toys, it has the smoothest silicone, which definitely is a pleasure to touch.
There are 10 vibration modes and the range is quite wide. So, you can choose either gentle or rumbly stimulation based on your mood.
I enjoy its powerful vibration (for G-spot) and like the fact that Ina 3 holds a charge nicely and lastingly.
However, this is just not my type of toy. The G-spot shaft is a bit short for my body anatomy.
That was not too much an issue as the strong vibration transmit the waves and still give me pleasure.
However, the rabbit arm is way too weak and I am not able to stimulate G-spot and clit at the same time.
What's the point of creating a rabbit vibe if the "rabbit" part doesn't work well?
Anyhow, it is just my personal experience. I've used plenty of Lelo's sex toys, that's why I expected more.
Note: Lelo is still selling Ina 2. Here are the differences:
The Ina 2 has 8 settings while the Ina 3 has 10 settings to choose from.
Ina 3 also has a wider range of intensities, 30% more power in comparison to Ina 2, and a longer-lasting battery.
17. Lelo Lyla 2: Not a Bad Bullet, but Not Worth the Price!
Lyla 2 is a bullet vibrator that comes with a wireless remote controller.
It's small yet powerful. There are 8 different vibration settings to choose from.
It definitely is a quality bullet, better than most of the bullets in the market.
And having a remote controller is a very playful thing because you can wear the bullet and give control to your partner.
If you are more adventurous, it's even possible to do some public play with Lyla 2.
Before getting Lyla 2, I already tried Lily 2, which is another decent bullet.
Just like Lily 2, Lyla 2 has rather powerful vibration and it's quiet when in operation.
However, I do think more than $100 is a bit overpriced for a simple bullet toy like this.
For this kind of price, I would get Lora Dicarlo Drift instead because it is as powerful and have a self-warming function.
18. Lelo Hugo: Powerful and Intense for Anal Lovers
Hugo is an anal toy both me and my partner are fond of (don't worry, we bought 2 instead of sharing one).
Just like many other Lelo toys, Hugo's silicone surface is silky smooth, which ensures easy insertion.
Its prostate arm (aka. insertable part) measures 85mm (3.4inches) in length and 32.5mm (1.28 inches) in diameters.
It is a decent size for either beginners or advanced players.
Note that it's important to apply a generous amount of lube before inserting any anal toys.
The vibration is extremely powerful and the included remote controller makes sure the toy can be easily controlled even when the toy is inserted in the rare part.
One drawback about this toy is that the remote controller is not chargeable. It operates with 2xAAA batteries.
Besides, dust is very visible on black-colored toys, which makes the toy look "dirty" easily.
Therefore, if you are interested in getting Hugo, I suggest taking the blue one.
Where to buy Lelo sex toys?
If you want to keep up with the newest launches, you can buy directly from its official shop.
From time to time, there will be good discounts. The shipping is rather fast.
Usually, it takes around 3 working days if you are based in the US, Canada, or Europe.
The drawback is that the package label shows that the sender is "Lelo", which is not that discreet because many people know that Lelo is a sex toy company.
I also shop often through Lovehoney, which is a very prestigious online sex toy shop.
There is a great collection of Lelo toys on Lovehoney and you can read more honest comments for each toy.
Lovehoney ships internationally, with a very reasonable fee.
If you are located in the US, Canada Europe, Australia, and some parts of Asia, it's possible to get free shipping and the package will arrive very discreetly.
Sometimes, I also shop Lelo's toy from Ella Paradis.
This online sex toy shop is not as good as Lovehoney, however, it occasionally offers huge discounts for specific products.
Shipping is expensive internationally (free shipping for US shoppers though).
Last but not the least, I recommend checking Shevibe.
It's not a famous sex toy shop (probably due to lack of advertisement), but their collections are solid and they have one of the best customer services - before and after purchasing.
Shevibe catches up quickly for all the new launches and it sometimes offers a better price than Lelo's official site.
I DON'T recommend shop sex toys on Amazon, because I heard from many women, saying that they got counterfeit products or seemingly used products. I won't run a risk like this for intimate things like sex toys.
Are Lelo's Sex Toys Waterproof?
All Lelo's devices are waterproof. Despite having plug-in charging holes, the charging ports on the devices are vacuum sealed.
After cleaning the toy, make sure the device and the charging ports are fully dried before storing.
Does Lelo provide a worldwide warranty?
Lelo's warranty is valid no matter your location (e.g. you can buy the toy in France and still get the warranty when in the US).
There are 2 warranties for all the toys. If the unit is under one year old and you still hold proof of purchase (or you bought your device on www.lelo.com), you can claim under the one-year warranty to receive a free replacement of your unit.
If the unit is over one year old, or you do not hold proof of purchase, you can claim under the 10-year warranty to receive a 50% discount on your next purchase which you can use for up to five products when purchasing on Lelo's official site.
Can I replace the batteries for Lelo's vibrators?
Unfortunately, the batteries aren't replaceable, however, there are some tips on how to ensure the battery life of Lelo's toys so that the batteries can last many years.
Here are the tips:
- Fully charge your device before first use
- A full charge (usually) should take about 2 hours
- Do not charge your toy any longer than what is needed for a full charge, as that can overcharge and damage the battery. Never leave your device charging overnight.
- Do not power on your toy while it is plugged in and charging
- Do not re-charge your toy until it is low (indicated by an orange light) or dead
- Always make sure your toy is completely turned off before storing it
- Don't leave the toy uncharged for a long time. It's necessary to charge the toy every 90 days for battery maintenance. Otherwise, the battery can become faulty.
Unlike other emerging brands, Lelo only focuses on traditional toys instead of high-tech vibrators, which is not a bad thing because sometimes high-tech toys can break more easily.
Lelo has been gender and LGBTQ-friendly since the beginning. These years, I see a very good trend that the colors of their sex toys become more gender-neutral and inclusive.
If you are looking for a solid toy and have a good budget to spend, Lelo is a great brand to choose from.
Each of them is unique in its own way and can't be replaced by any other toys in the market.
