WHAT IS THE LOVENSE LUSH?
The Lovense Lush is a powerful and internally wearable egg vibrator that can be used in the bedroom or in public. The toy is made from premium silicone – the surface of this toy is super smooth against the skin. Lush is seamlessly designed, light-weighted, rechargeable and gives powerful vibrations.
Is Lovense Lush waterproof? Yes, it is fully submersible! 1. Design and Look
The surface of the toy is made entirely from a matte textured silicone and under the surface, it embraces a powerful motor. Lush is a cute little pink toy that has a bulbous part and a “tail”. Setting up an account for App-use was effortless, and connecting the vibrator to the application was exactly how I would expect this process to go: painless, straightforward and easy!
My favorite part about the app is that you can grant access! Yes, it means your partner doesn’t have to constantly ask for permission to control my vibe. I can give him unlimited access and, so long as the vibrator is turned on and connected to the Bluetooth, he’s free to ‘turn me on’ at any time. Thanks, Lovense!

HOW TO USE THE APP CONTROL?
First, you need to download the app called “Lovense remote” which supports all the mainstream devices, including iPhone, iPad, Android phone/pad, Mac, and Windows PC.
I usually connect LUSH with my phone as this is the most convenient way for me to play naughty ;).
Brief Steps for Connecting the App with LUSH:
- Well clean the LUSH vibe and get it charged
- Download and install the app called “Lovense remote”
- Follow the step by step walkthrough to pair devices (Make sure Bluetooth is active while pairing)

Once connecting the LUSH vibe with your devices, you and your partner can either manually control the strength of the vibration or control it through music and vocal cues.

HOW TO USE THE LUSH VIBE?
There is only one button on the Lush. To turn it on, simply press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds. The red indicator light will flash when it’s turned on. Then, press the button again to get into the 7 vibration mode. Each press leads to one setting, as shown below:
- 1st press: Low Vibration (continuous vibration)
- 2nd press: medium Vibration (continuous vibration)
- 3rd press: High Vibration (continuous vibration)
- 4th press: Pulse (Pattern)
- 5th press: Wave (Pattern)
- 6th press: Fireworks (Pattern)
- 7th press: Earthquake (Pattern)
To turn off the Lush, just press and hold the button again for few seconds. Make sure you clean and dry the toy after each use. This is good for hygiene and it can prolong the working life for your toy.
HOW TO CHARGE THE LUSH?
Before use, you have to charge up the Lush. To do this, push the pin firmly and slowly in the charging port and then plug the charger into a USB port or wall adapter (not included). I have to admit when I push the Lush to charge, I did feel like I was piercing it. It takes a little bit of force to get it in there. You can stop pushing the pin when the red indicator light is on.
A red indicator light will show while the unit is charging and the light will turn off once it has fully charged. It takes 1.5 hours to fully charge the Lush and a full charge will give you approximately 1.5-2 hours of playtime.
PACKAGING & WHAT IS IN THE BOX?
For those of you who have confidentiality concerns: If ordered directly from Lovense official site, all toys will be shipped in a plain brown box that looks like an Amazon box. Inside the plain box will be another plain box just in case someone opens it. The sender’s name will be “Hytto Ltd”. For the bank statement, it will most likely show a random code (Due to some banks’ policy, it might show “Hytto” or “LVS”, but no more than that).The Lush comes securely and discreetly packaged in a cardboard box. There are two layers of boxes before the LUSH box gets exposed. Three things are included in the gracefully presented box:
- The powerful remote control love egg, aka the Lush vibrator, with a 1-year warranty
- A USB Charging Cable
- A user Manual in 4 languages
Sadly, it doesn’t come with a storage bag. Storage bags are one of those things that I feel all sex toys should come with.
I really like the design of the box! The box is presented in a simple and easy-to-read way and it is utilized to present almost all the information you would need to know about this toy (e.g music and vocal control, solo and couple play, app connection, silent vibration, etc).
Once you open the box, touch the Lush and you will feel that silky and soft texture. Both the bulbous body and bendable Bluetooth antenna are in hot pink. Very adorable!
CLEAN AND CARE
It is really easy to clean the Lush vibe since it’s fully waterproof. You clean it with some soapy warm water or with any sex toy cleaner. And dry thoroughly before storing the toy at a clean place. Make sure you do a well-clean before the first use and after each use.
It’s suggested to only use a water-based lubricant. Non-reversible damage can be done if you use a silicone or oil-based lubricant. Don’t use the Lush while it’s charging. And if you don’t use your toy often, make sure it’s recharged every six months. This can help prolong the working life of the toy.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH LOVENSE LUSH
The texture of Lush is really smooth and It’s comfortable enough to stay in almost all day.
Lovense Lush gives an amazing and addicting sensation! I use it a lot for foreplay because it can keep me constantly warmed up. When my partner is in control of the Lush, this little magical thing can drive me crazy because (in my opinion) it’s hard to reach G-spot orgasm from the Lush alone! Naturally, I was so turned-on and crazily wanting some more intense thrusting and interaction!

To be honest, I did encounter some issues when playing with toy over the long distance. Like many others, my partner and I were disconnected for a handful of times. I emailed the customer service regarding this problem and they asked us to install the new update. It was in 2016. Ever after we did the update as suggested, the connection has been quite smooth.
Another issue I had is that the toy can be a bit over-heating after long use (by long use, I mean more than somewhat 20 mins). The customer support was really helpful, they admitted that the first batch of toys have a tendency to over-heat (I got my toy in 2016). They’ve fixed the over-heating issue and offered to send me a newer model for free. Ever after I got the newer model from Lovense, everything worked great, there were no overheating issues, and we didn’t once disconnect in the 40ish minutes that we were testing everything.
From my experience, I found that disconnection could also be a lot less if I kept the tail outside of my underwear since it’s extremely flexible it is easy to do so. The “tail” (antenna) has all the flex.
Another thing I want to point out is about the internal stimulation Lush provides. As mentioned, it feels really good having the Lush vibrating internally; But, I am not saying it can hit your G-spot intensively all the time. Besides, I couldn’t really move/rock the vibe while it was inserted as the tail part is too flexible.
To enjoy the Lush, you really have to let go of the control and make your body sense the sensation by itself. My strongest orgasm with Lush is to have it vibrate inside of me at high speed while receiving a lick job from my man. It was just heavenly!
All in all, It’s a well-made vibrator. The vibrations are pretty damn awesome ( though, vibrations in the ‘tail’ would be much appreciated), and for long distance play it’s pretty good – at least I enjoyed it.

Besides, it’s super fun to play it with the app. I love the music and the vocal cue functions, it always surprises me and it’s indeed quite hard to hold the moan when there is this kind of surprise!
Despite the fact that some people have Bluetooth connectivity issue and it might take a bit time to master all the functions, I think it is a very decent toy to spice things up for both inside and outside of the bedroom adventure.
There definitely are more positives and negatives about this toy. It’s a bit pricey for a love egg, but with all the functions it provides, I think it’s worth the price! There isn’t another product that is as fun as this one after all!
