Is that an exaggeration? Do they really produce satisfying vibrators?

In this post, we are going to give a collective review of almost all We-vibe sex toys that we have personally tried throughout the years - some we adore and recommend, others we suggest you skip. 

We will share our experience and tell you why. Let’s dig in.

What is We-vibe?

We-vibe is an innovative Canadian sex toy company, and as technology evolves, so do their sex toys. 

We-vibe has a versatile range of toys, from bullet vibe to G-spot toys to anal vibes. 

All the toys are rechargeable and made of high-quality body-safe materials.

Besides, many of their toys can be controlled via a smartphone app called "We-Connect".

Shared Features of All We-vibe Products

1. High-Quality Materials 

Almost all We-vibe's sex toys are made of silicone, which gives a soft and silky surface and enables the most smooth feel when it touches your sensitive spots. 

The only exceptions are Tango and Tango X. Tango is made of ABS and Tango X has an ABS body and a silicone handle.

It is designed this way so that you can experience an extremely powerful and pinpointing vibration as the ABS surface is harder and doesn't buffer away any power.

Rest assured that all the materials We-vibe uses are free from phthalates and BPA and made without latex. 

2. Waterproof (IPX 7)

All We-vibe's sex toys are IPX7 waterproof, which means all toys can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.

It is a great add-on for those of you who are interested in using vibrators in the shower/bath.

I do that often as it's a great way to relax and unwind.

3. Rechargeable & Long Battery Life

All We-vibe toys are rechargeable and most toys take 90 mins to charge and can last for up to 2 hours after a full charge.

Therefore, I can speak from my experience that the battery quality is pretty decent and long-lasting even after years of use.

Most of the We-vibe toys come with a magnetic USB charging cable, which is the trend for the sex toy industry.

The magnetic side goes to the toy and it is strong enough that you won't need to worry about accidental disconnection. 

Chorus is an exception because it needs to be charged via the storage case.

Besides, older models such as Tango, Touch, Rave, Sync, and Bloom have USB plug-in type of cables. 

I personally prefer the magnetic type of charging system because it enables a smoother charging process and a more seamless finish for the toys. 

No matter which toy you get, there's no need to worry about voltage issues.

These charging cables can be used in any country - simply plug the USB side into a laptop or any adaptors.

5. Easy to Clean and Store

Since all We-vibe toys are waterproof, it's super easy to clean after each use. Simply wash it with soapy water, rinse and dry. Voila!

Sex toys cleanser and a portable sterilizer can also be good options when it comes to sex toy hygiene. 

Then, what are the storage options? Most We-vibe toys come with a satin bag. 

For Chorus and Sync, it has a storage case, which can also be used to charge the toy. 

There are only 4 toys that don't offer any storage options. They are Wand, Verge, Pivot, and Ditto. You will need to find a way to hide them if getting any of these 4 models.

All toys come with a 2-year warranty. If something goes wrong within the warranty period, you can either get a new replacement or be refunded the purchase price.

Different Features Across We-vibe Toys

1. Size & Weight Matters

Most We-vibe toys are rather light and compact - they are either under or around 100g. 

Nova, Nova 2 (both are rabbit vibrators) are 179g and 205g, respectively. The Wand weighs 417g, which is the heaviest toy in We-vibe's collections.

If you are also a power queen, I sincerely recommend trying Tange Series and/or Touch series. They both are small in size, but super powerful.

2. Beautiful and Colorful Options

Many models offer multiple chic color options. Besides, many toys come in gender-neutral colors such as blue and orange. 

During manufacturing, the shades of the colors can vary a bit across the models.

For example, there are pink toys for Melt, Tango X, Nova, and Jive. However, the shades of pink look very different among these models.

The purple color for Rave and Wand are rather similar, but still not exactly the same.

The slate color for Verge and Vector is exactly the same. So, if you want to pair a set, these two definitely match. 

3. Powerful Vibration?

We-vibe is famous for delivering powerful stimulation and this brand definitely understands what a good vibration should feel like!

A good vibration should be rumbly, meanwhile, it needs to travel through the skin and reach the deep inside. 

Models like Touch, Rave, Vector are all equipped with amazing power. 

Models such as Moxie, Bond, and Ditto are relatively less powerful because they are designed to tease.

So, if you are looking for a gentler option, these are the ones to choose from.

Of course, no one can underestimate the power of the We-vibe Wand body massager. 

It is a big and heavy toy, but meanwhile, it delivers extremely strong vibrations.

The Wand also comes with 2 attachments, which enables it to be transformed into a licking toy and a penis vibrator. 

Another thing I want to point out is that We-vibe Melt is NOT a vibrator.

It stimulates the clit with Pleasure Air Technology, which is a kind of contactless airwave that sucks the clit from 360 degrees.

This is the same type of stimulation as the ones from Womanizer. 

4. Multiple Ways to Control + Free App Control

Depending on the model you intend to get, there can be 3 ways to control We-vibe toys: 1) directly from the toy; 2) via a remote controller; and/or 3) via the We-Connect app.

Tango series and Touch Series can only be controlled through the toy itself.

The first generation Tango and Touch have a single-button surface while the upgraded Tango X and Touch X have a 3-button interface.

All the rest of the toys from We-vibe are app controllable; meanwhile, some models even include an extra remote controller for short-distance control. 

These models are Chorus, Sync, Moxie, Bond, Ditto, and Vector.

5. Different Areas of Stimulation

In my opinion, clit toys are the most effective when it comes to Woman's solo masturbation. Many We-vibe toys, such as Moxie, Melt, Tango series, and Touch series, target the clitoris. 

There are a few dual stimulators. For example, Chorus and Sync are couple toys and can pleasure both clit and vagina while having penetrative sex. 

Bond, Verge, and Pivot are penis vibrators - Bond is there for teasing, as the vibration is rather gentle. Pivot is more intense and Verge can take care of both the penis and perineum at the same time.

6. Different Number of Motors 

Most models come with 1 motor, but I want to point out 2 amazing toys that come with 2 powerful motors!

Nova series (both 1st & 2nd generation) is the best type of rabbit vibe you can find in the market. 

It has a long and extremely flexible clit arm, which enables an effective dual stimulation. 

Nova and Nova 2 both are embedded with 2 motors - one for the clit, another for the G-spot.

I am not sure what kind of changes they've made when producing the vibrators, however, I do notice that recently toys come with less plastic packaging. 

For example, the boxes of Nova, Touch, and Tango contain both plastics and foam while the boxes of Nova 2, Touch X, and Tango X are fully made of cardboard.

Besides, there is clear instruction about how to do the recycling for all the toys. 

8. Noise Level

Toys such as Moxie, Bond, Ditto and Touch X are rather quiet. Actually, Moxie is ideal for public play thanks to its quietness.

Tango series, Melt, Pivot and Rave is a bit more noisier on the higher levels, but the differences are subtle.

Vector and Nova series are slightly louder than other models as each toy includes 2 motors instead of 1. 

Wand is the loudest one among all the other We-vibe toys, the sound level can go to around 65 dB on the highest speed, which is definitely noticeable, but not that annoying.

My Experience with We-vibe Toys

The first vibrator my bf gifted me was from We-vibe, so, there's a soft spot in my heart for this brand. 

I had tried so many We-vibe toys since then and I loved a few of them. 

The release of the Tango was around 11 years ago (2010) and it got super popular upon its launch.

At that time, no bullet vibrator can compete with Tango's powerful vibration.

Last year, We-vibe upgraded this popular model and launched Tango X. 

It still has the same good vibration, meanwhile, the design looks more modern now and the battery part was updated as well.

Power is not the only reason that I adore Tango/Tango X, versatility is the other hook.

I have a drawer of non-vibrating dildos, strap-ons and butt plugs. Sometimes, I insert the tango in and turn them into a vibrator.

Among all the clit toys, my personal favorite is the Touch X. 

It is as powerful as Tango, and thanks to the extra-soft silicone surface, it kisses my sweet spot in a gentler way, which results in a more pleasurable stimulation and avoids over-stimulation problems.

The spoon shape of the Touch X makes it a great face massager as well. I often use it after applying skincare cream, to have better absorption.

I know it's a bit odd to use the same toy for both face and clit, but it just works really well both ways! After all, this toy is advertised as a multi-tasker.

When it comes to internal vibrators, the Nova series is my favorite. Most rabbit vibrators don't work as promised. 

They may either have a short clit arm or are not flexible enough to achieve dual stimulation at the same time. This is not a problem for Nova or Nova 2.

The clit arms from the Nova series are super long and flexible. Also, the G-spot shaft has a nice curve which enables it to hit my spot every time! 

I prefer not only the design and the flexibility but also that the G-spot shaft is sleek and smooth to insert even without any lube. 

For those of you who have a history with panty vibrators, you must know that most of the so-called panty vibe doesn't stay in place and can't really be enjoyed hands-freely.

Moxie is the very first panty vibe in the market that actually can stay comfortably and stably and it's a REAL hands-free toy!

Moxie is a gentle vibe. You clip it on your panty with the magnetic attached and control with a remote controller attached. 

It also supports long-distance play and fun exciting public play. All you need to do is to download the We-Connect app and allow your partner to take control.

The vibration from Moxie is not that powerful but it's the pioneer of the field. Later on, Lovense launched a similar model called "Ferri". 

It includes all the functions Moxie has; meanwhile, the vibration is stronger and the app (called "Lovense Remote") has even more functions. 

So, if you are interested in a good panty vibe, I suggest getting Ferri instead.

Melt is an app-controllable clit stimulator. It is a very good clit suction toy as it is embedded with the same Pleasure Air technology as Womanizer. 

Personally, I still prefer Womanizer's models when it comes to clit suction toys because they have detachable heads and a wider range of intensity levels. 

So, unless you really want the app-control function, I suggest you check Womanizer's model before making a purchase.

My hubby likes the newly launched Bond cock ring, as it's easy to put on. Unlike regular penis rings, you won't need to stretch it to put it on/off as there's an openable link and there's no need for lube.

Also, you don't need to hold the Bond once it's on the penis. It can function hand-freely. 

My bf also really adore Vector when it was just launched, but later on, he went for Lovense Edge 2 as it functions similarly but even stronger.

Vector is a good beginner prostate toy as it's rather slim and not intimidating to insert. 

Once you get used to anal play and want something more advanced, Edge 2 can be a better option.

And if you are a total beginner and looking for the least intimidating type of male toys, I recommend trying Ditto and Pivot.

Ditto is very small in size, leaves no pressure when it comes to anal insertion. Pivot can be useful for both solo play (as a penis vibe) and couple play (stimulate the clit while penetrating).

Last but not the least, I would like to talk about Chorus, which is a couple toy. The idea behind this is that you can get it inserted and enjoy the vibration while having penetrative sex. 

Some of my friends really enjoy this extra layer of stimulation, however, I am not a big fan of it.

I don't have a very stretchable vagina, therefore, Chorus takes too much space for me and I feel some discomfort when hosting the toy and my bf's thing at the same time.

Besides, my bf said it was hard to do the in-and-out movement when Chorus was there, but more lubrication may help. 

There are 4 toys from We-vibe I didn't mention at all - they are Wish, Match, WV50 and Unit.

Because I think they are not worth considering. Some of them don't function as advertised, others are just too old that can be replaced with new models. 

So, to conclude, my favorite toys from We-vibe are Touch X, Tango X; and Nova series (either the old or new model work well).

My hubby recommends Bond and Vector.
